Tickets and packages may only be purchased from Cavern City Tours via internationalbeatleweek.com, by calling 0151 236 9091, or by post to International Beatleweek, 2nd Floor, 5 Rainford Square, Liverpool, L2 6PX.
Packages are secured only upon receipt of £50 non-refundable deposit per person per package.
Packages must be paid in full by 1st June 2026. Late balance payments will incur a fixed penalty charge of £20 per person.
Bookings made after 1st June 2026 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Just Tickets packages are inclusive of VAT at 20%
Hotel packages are a Tour Operators Margin Scheme Supply.
Cavern City Tours cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by people during their stay; nor is Cavern City Tours liable for cancellation due to customer illness or misfortune. Cavern City Tours strongly urges customers to arrange their own travel insurance.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of any event taking place during the festival, in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances. In the event of such alteration, Cavern City Tours will not be liable for any personal costs, expenses or other losses by the ticket holder
Refunds and Cancellations
In the event of International Beatleweek Festival being cancelled for any reason, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
Packages and individual tickets purchased are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
