THE BEATLES v ELVIS! (afternoon show)

Who’s bigger Elvis or The Beatles? Well, if you’re like us, you will love them both of course. It was on the 27th August 1965 that these two giants of music met for the first and only time. 

To celebrate 60 years of this momentous meeting, we have a great show lined up for festival-goers. Three of the finest Beatle bands will be playing early, mid and late sets to state their case, whilst in the other corner, you guessed it three of the best Elvis tributes will cover everything the King has to offer. Early Elvis, his many films, the 1968 comeback special and of course… Vegas Baby!

Make sure you are there to cast you vote, but remember that John Lennon famously said ‘without Elvis there would have been no Beatles’.
