Beryl Marsden is a local, Liverpool lass whose early career followed in the footsteps of The Beatles. She was a regular on the Cavern Club stage and even went to Hamburg in 1963 to sing at The Star Club. She was signed to Decca, then Columbia and supported The Beatles on their 1965 tour. In 1967 she formed Shotgun Express with Rod Stewart, Mick Fleetwood and Peter Green and as been singing ever since.
