Wheelchair accessible: All hotels, The Cavern Club, and most areas of the Adelphi Hotel. Staff will be on hand to assist on arrival.
Coaches: All coach transport provided by Cavern City Tours to and from festival events are wheelchair accessible.
Cavern Pub: Unfortunately, this venue is not wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you are a wheelchair user when booking so we can support your visit.
Entry: 33 steps from street level. A lift is available with staff assistance.
Inside: Ramp access from the upper to lower level of the Cavern Live Lounge (staff/helper support required). The rest of the club is flat.
Toilets: Wheelchair accessible toilets are available in the Cavern Club and Cavern Restaurant.
Most areas are wheelchair accessible. Where access is limited, our security team will assist. Please speak to the door staff on arrival.
To help us support you, we recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a member of staff to assist during your visit.
